Demonstration Program Instructions

The Demonstration program is to demonstrate the capabilities of the Datacap 3000 family of programs for information collection.

User Notes:

The OCR scanner should be plugged in before opening the application. If an error message occurs during start up, exit the program and restart after connecting the scanner.
To capture the information on the front of the card, IDs must be placed face-down to scan properly and positioned to the far right-hand side of the scanner to optimize readability.
Fields highlighted in yellow SUGGEST a review of the text in that field.
CANCEL button cancels the current survey and returns to the beginning of the program.
EXIT button closes the application.
